Mailbox Plus, LLC, located at 1051 NE 6th Street, Ste 1C, has been serving the Rogue Valley since 2000 and has been family owned and operated for almost 25 years.
“Mailbox Plus first sprouted its roots as ‘The Mail Center’ on the north end,” said owner Chelsea Milner. “Soon, we realized we needed to be closer to downtown, so we set up shop in the old Pacific Power building on 6th & E, complete with a fancy drive-thru and a snazzy portico. After 14 years at that location, the building owners opted to reclaim the space, leading us to consider closing. However, one steadfast customer had other plans. She stuck by our side when we moved to our current spot and rebranded in 2016.”
Chelsea has been actively engaged in the family business since the age of seven. “As I matured, my responsibilities expanded significantly.” she said. “In September 2020, following my grandmother’s passing, I felt it was important not to leave my mother, Candy Rosenberg, alone. I decided to move in with her from Portland and resume assisting her at the store.”
In 2023, in a ceremonious passing of the torch, Chelsea assumed ownership of the store, along with husband Ben, while they faced the economic challenges of the economy, the pandemic, and her mother’s health. Chelsea's husband actively participates around the store, despite having a disability. He brings a great energy and a big smile to the customers.

“We are an Authorized Shipping Center for USPS, FedEx, and UPS, so we can help save you time and money by shipping your stuff with the carrier that best suits your needs for delivery speed and price,” Chelsea said. “In addition to our pack and ship service, we offer a wide range of other business services, like copy, print, fax, packaging supplies, and much more. We've expanded our days and hours, added more FedEx and UPS shipping options through our PackageHub Business Center, introduced mobile Notary services, virtual mailboxes accessible from anywhere, email notifications for incoming packages, fresh box and envelope sizes, phone accessories, freeze-dried treats, handmade greeting cards, and a spiffy lobby makeover.”

“We have proudly served as a dealer for Stevens Ness Legal Forms for over 16 years,” Chelsea said. “By providing our customers with these forms like landlord/tenant, property deeds, power of attorneys, and wills, we have not only contributed to our community but also ensured that these documents are accurately printed in accordance with established recommendations. Furthermore, our forms are Oregon-based and crafted by licensed Oregon State attorneys. The forms obtained from ‘free’ websites or large retail chains are generic and may not comply with Oregon State laws and often do not stand up in court. With over 25 years of experience in Notary, we work hard to ensure that your documents are accurate. We have noticed that the ‘generic’ forms can require extra signatures beyond what is necessary for Notarization in Oregon, ultimately costing you more. Moreover, it’s vital to note that rental forms may not reflect recent legal changes that have occurred over the past few months and are actively changing according to new laws.
